Hawecc aims to provide a clear and fair return process for customers. Please review the following return and refund guidelines carefully before submitting a return request.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and all included components

  • Accompanied by a valid order reference or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or may be eligible for a partial refund based on their condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. These items include:

  • Socks or apparel that have been worn, washed, opened, or used

  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Promotional

  • Products showing signs of wear, misuse, damage, or missing original packaging

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team at help@hawecc.com with their order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If a return request is approved, detailed instructions—including the return address—will be provided. Unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or shipped incorrectly, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and assist with an appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days after approval.

Late or Ineligible Returns

Return requests submitted beyond the 30-day return window may not be accepted. Items that do not comply with the return conditions outlined above may be declined or refunded partially based on their condition.
